      Converting a photo to vector can be done in several ways. For example, you can vectorize a photo in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Inkscape. Are you not familiar with Adobe programs? Then you can use our vector service.

      Can I convert a JPG to vector?

      We often get the question: is JPGa vector file? A JPG or PNG is not a vector file but a pixel file. Most photos have a JPG or PNG extension. You can vectorize a photo using Adobe Illustrator. A vector file has the following extension or abbreviation: EPS, AI, SVG or PDF.

      3. Vectorize the image with Image Trace.

      Adobe Photoshop is not meant to be used for  vectorizing images, it is therefore not recommended to convert your photo to vector with Photoshop. Adobe Photoshop is a pixel based software program and not a vector program. You can't convert image to vector in Photoshop.
